In Greene County magistrate court disposition was entered Sept. 10 in two cases against Sirjohn Daniels Wilder of Jefferson. In the first case he was sentenced to five days in jail on a charge of interference with official acts. The jail time was suspended and he was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff for one year. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment at his own expense. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed. Court costs were $60.
In the second case, Wilder was sentenced to seven days in jail on a charge of public intoxication. The jail time was suspended with probation. If he should be required to serve jail time the two sentences will be consecutive. He was fined $210 with a $31.50 surcharge. Charges of harassment- third degree and disorderly conduct- abusive epithets/ threatening gesture were dismissed. Court costs were $60.
Elaine M. Norgart of Spencer was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge after she pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise, amended from assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Court costs were $91.50.
Amanda Jean Brown of Fort Dodge was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge after she pleaded guilty to a charge of theft- fifth degree, amended from theft- fourth degree. Court costs were $283.77.

Barnard Jr of Des Moines, possession of drug paraphernalia; Hayley Lynn Brown of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Trever Antrim of Scranton, public intoxication; Sarah Ratliff of Jefferson, public intoxication; Joseph J. Ratliff of Jefferson, public intoxication; and Cindy Jo Sheehy of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia.
